We're recruiting for experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinators who would be responsible for aiding children with SEND needs day-to-day.

Your Role Would Include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the clubs SEND policy.

  • Coordinating provision for children with SEND needs.

  • liaising and advising fellow coaches on the SEND needs of children.

*This is a self employed role for work during the school holidays.


  • Must have experience working with children with SEND needs in any capacity.

  • This role is perfect for people that work in SEND settings during term time.

  • Enhanced DBS already held or able to pass an enhanced DBS check.

  • Able to work as part of a team.

  • 1st Aid trained (Courses can be arranged to further this).

  • Good safeguarding knowledge but training will be provided.

  • Being able to use initiative and make quick decisions.

  • Good planning & organisation skills.

  • Good timekeeping.

  • Confident in communicating with management and parents when needed.

  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.

  • Flexibility around work location and time.

  • A driving licence and access to a car is desirable but not essential.
